Who We Are
About Priyal and Pryogic Healing
Priyal Awasthi is a psychologist and yoga therapist who spent years working in both worlds separately — before realising they were never meant to be apart. Pryogic Healing is where those two worlds finally came together. She works with people navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, physical pain, and relationship stress — in person in Bhopal and online across India.

We don't throw breathing exercises at anxiety and call it therapy. We don't just manage symptoms. We sit with what's actually driving them — the patterns, the stories, the things you've been carrying quietly. And we work through it properly.
